attached is an idea i have for a grenade. it kinda relies on luck when you throw it. although an attachment around the handle could increase the luck. but worse comes to worst it functions the same as the grenade launcher and we mount that shit on an aeg..... holy shit i think i wanna do that now. the drawing is not to scale so things will have to be moved slightly to get it to shoot properly. all we need is a little pvc pipe, a small piece of wood, and a spare spring (which i have 2 of right now). anyone wanna try building it? Count me in! That looks promising. I think we could make that work. What kind of attachment did you have in mind?

im thinking a little piece attached to the handle that wraps around the grenade a little over half way. that way almost anywhere the grenade hits it will push the handle in and let it go off Attachments:

Were you taking advantage of a paint sale? Real men shop at Home Depot. That said: what spring are you using there? I've got a spare M120 if the range is weak. Looks great though. Maybe Lowes has some OD Green to paint the PVC.

I am really excited to see how this turns out. One concern though. While painting it OD makes the most sense tactically considering we play in a woodland setting, think it'll be really hard to retrieve? Easy solution would be to paint it a more bright color, or tie one of those kill rags on it.

almost there. just waiting for some more glue to dry before testing. i think ill paint it black with some bright red/orange/yellow something thatll be easy to see stripes similar to the classic he grenade you see in counter strike. not sure if that is modeled after a real grenade though. it says m2a3 (which is actually a tank). so im guessing its more of the mk3a2. which some of them have a yellow stripe across the middle. i really didnt trust the glue that was holding most of it together. so im gonna find some small screws to keep it all in place. should be another couple days till its done then.

I put the screws in and it was very stable. However the springs would not compress enough to give enough force. i had to cut a m115 spring in thirds to give it enough stability to avoid spilling bbs in the spring when loading. and that gave way too much resistance and not enough compression. so now im looking for a spring that is about 1in diameter so that it will have enough stability on its own and still compress a lot. so if anyone knows of a good wide spring let me know.

Did you think about a long spring guide; with a hole(Just wide enough for the guide) in the plate that would eject the BBs?
